I LOVE YOU HILDEGARD! is a 12-channel sound installation for an artificial choir and the ARP 2500 modular synthesizer. The piece invites listeners to participate in an imagined, fictional reality based on the transformation and deconstruction of the traditions we know.

The composition consists of overlapping and modified fragments of monophonic works by Hildegard of Bingen, transformed into a completely new, polyphonic composition for 12 voices. All voices were generated by artificial intelligence based on excerpts from the works Ave, Generosa, O Ignis Spiritus, O Euchari, and O Ecclesia. I LOVE YOU HILDEGARD! is an elaborate fantasy and speculative vision of how 12th-century music by Hildegard of Bingen might have sounded. The piece also explores broader themes related to truth, interpretation, and manipulation in the realms of music and sound.
