Ensemble Kompopolex, founded in 2017 in Wrocław by Aleksandra Gołaj, Rafał Łuc, and Jacek Sotomski, has performed at major new music festivals in Poland, including Warsaw Autumn, Sacrum Profanum, and Musica Polonica Nova, as well as international festivals like Mixtur in Barcelona and Klang in Copenhagen. The trio collaborates with emerging Polish composers and established figures such as Cezary Duchnowski and Jennifer Walshe. Known for carefully curated performances, Kompopolex is highly praised by critics from Ruch Muzyczny, dwutygodnik.com, and Glissando. In addition to their ensemble work, the members are active soloists and chamber musicians.
